High-touch the KFWA way

Cambridge English Dictionary

Adj:  Involving personal attention and service

John Naisbitt popularized the term “high-touch” in his 1982 book Megatrends: Ten New Directions Transforming Our Lives. And, there is no denying that the term has indelibly entered the general lexicon.

At Klingenstein Fields Advisors (KF Advisors), we offer a high-touch approach to managing and serving you and the many aspects of your financial life.

Getting to (really) know you
We make it a priority to get to know you and find out what is important to you regarding the management of your financial assets. We are able to provide a full evaluation of your current financial plan while incorporating your goals and objectives to help you develop or update a customized course of action. We are available to meet with you and your family as often or as little as you direct. We aim to stay informed about your personal and professional circumstances, so we can quickly adapt your wealth plan to reflect any changes in your situation. From meeting your immediate transactional needs to helping you put your financial affairs in good order to building and implementing long-term investment strategies, with our high-touch approach, we seek to serve you efficiently and deliver our expertise with the care you require.

It’s personal
Our high-touch approach extends to how we manage your wealth. Your portfolio is objectively administered and monitored with personalized attention by your portfolio manager.  We screen, vet and select what we believe to be the most appropriate asset allocation and underlying investments for you. Even the most senior members of KF Advisors are very “hands-on” and will do whatever it takes to provide you with the answers or solutions to your financial situations.  If appropriate, we will work closely with your accountant and attorney to offer a coordinated plan of action. With Charles Schwab as our primary custodian, we are able to offer our clients an experience on the firm’s premier service platform where you will not pay a fee to wire funds or custody assets. And because we are so “high-touch,” at KF Advisors a person will answer your phone call or email message to us and we are available to you with personal responsiveness and continuity.

Sometimes you just want information and insight
Our goal is to take the burden of investing off your shoulders. We are committed to regularly providing our perspective on wealth planning and investment topics.  While we won’t come to you with the latest “hot” stock tip, we will communicate with you proactively and keep you up-to-date on your portfolio, the markets and our latest insights (read our paper Shunning the Fads and Investing for Long-Term Growth for additional insight into this topic).
